The Sanad application is a comprehensive digital platform developed by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship in Jordan. Designed to facilitate access to a wide array of government services, it streamlines administrative processes for individuals and businesses, serving as a one-stop shop for all government entities in Jordan.

FiveC Technology played a pivotal role in the development of the Sanad application by integrating 89 government services and making them accessible via the Sanad mobile platform. This integration connected three main government entities to the Sanad platform, significantly enhancing its functionality and reach.

Beyond this, FiveC Technology also defined, designed, and developed the eDelegate platform. This innovative feature allows companies to delegate specific digital privileges to individuals through a secure digital delegation process.

Authorized individuals can then apply for, track, and receive service outputs on behalf of their company.

The introduction of the eDelegate platform has elevated Sanad to a new level of usability, features, and digital experience.
